Lab Hydraulic Presses
A lab hydraulic press is a powerful machine utilized in the rubber and plastic industries for shaping, forming, compressing and curing materials. The press operates by applying hydraulic force, which allows it to generate significant pressure on the material being processed. This capability is especially important for creating rubber test slabs, as well as plastic sheets used in various products. The hydraulic press can mold materials by forcing them into specific shapes or compressing them to achieve uniform thickness. By controlling the pressure and temperature during the process, operators can achieve precise dimensions and material properties. This versatility makes the hydraulic press an essential tool in the rubber and plastic laboratories.

Lab Hydraulic Press for Rubber & Plastics
Lab Hydraulic Press is features at least two platens can be heated to a prescribed high temperature used to mold the mixed rubber compound at a specified pressure for a given period of time for achieving the purpose of vulcanization. In addition, it can also be used to hot press or mold PP, PA, PE, ABS and other resins or mixtures for conducting color comparison, formula testing and related mechanical tests.

Lab Manual Compression Molding Machine
Unlike the motorized press, this compression molding press features a manual operating handle. When operated, you need to press the handle of the manual hydraulic pump back and forth repeatedly to raise the lower platen upward until touching the upper platen and applying increasing forces. It has no automatic exhaust function.
